Why, Hello there!

Why it has certainly been awhile!

In the time I've been gone from blogging, I did some things like get married, buy a (lease of a) house and it seems like blogging got a whole lot more complicated (content! what do I call it! readership! monetization! build! build! build!- woes of being married to the husband, but more on that later) or I could have been so blissfully unaware all this time. Very likely the latter, so now that I have all this new information, what do I do with it? I do what I always do with too much new information of course-- absolutely nothing other than what I wanted to do in the first place!

So after all this time away from blogging, I am back because I miss thinking about things and putting it down coherently in a manner that doesn't require it to be accompanied with an aesthetically appealing picture (or does it?) or for the reader to read it quickly before it disappears. OR I could just be growing old and now have a tendency to ramble and reminisce for which blogging could be good for. We'll find out.

I am looking forward to writing about all aspects of being a Millennial Wife here in sunny Singapore, where we will be the first generation in a long time to be able to afford less than our parents did doing the same things they did. No wonder we are choosing to spend on avocado toast, or are we? ;)

Or maybe we just aspire towards becoming red wriggler farmers?
